Who Can Participate
Girls and Guys. Absolutely no experience is necessary. We will assume everyone is a total beginner to the sport.
The mighty PHRC Novice 4. Many of the crew have less than a years rowing experience yet they consistently win races.
What do session involve?
The sessions start in "The Tank". The Tank is a rowing boat fixed inside a specially designed indoor pool. There are mirrors on the walls so you can see yourself rowing and we can easily teach you the correct stroke technique.

After we are sure everyone is comfortable with the basic technique we take a boat with 4 people out on the water. Nothing too strenuous at first, mainly focusing on technique.
