I reckon the banner idea is a good one! Although making the banner, and getting it up there without a crane will definitely be the challenge...
We could use my old school motto from the banner that we used to stick on Shit Bridge on the Barwon.. "No Guts No Glory"...

I am thinking that the club needs a little encouragement as we approach the big bend.

Prehaps a huge 12 foot banner strung between the staging struts saying "Go house", and some huge Kenwoods pumping "danger zone" as we fly by the flight deck.
