Results are in for the first day of racing. the wind effected course was restricted to time trialing. Each heat was decide by a 6 crew time trial, with 30 seconds between boats, and time deciding the result.

Shane and Conrad had an excellent paddle, and finished with 6:51. a good time, but the fastest pair time was 6:17, which is one of the 3 fastest times recored in in all time for any pair race in the world.. tough competition.

Bingy did not fair so well.. his time was way out of contention, and he is considering taking up paper flower oragami. His time was well off teh pace, and he is hoping it was not so much him as a terrivble timing error... Ina ny case he will ahve to tough it out in the repercharge tommorro.
