For one afternoon only, we are pairing the acclaimed Champagnes of André Clouet—a boutique, family-owned house from the heart of Bouzy in Champagne, France—with the pristine oysters of The Tasmanian Oyster Co., harvested from some of the cleanest waters in the world.
