Power House Rowing Club came together on Saturday 13 June for the 2025/26 Awards Night, celebrating the efforts, achievements and club spirit that shaped the season.

Our End of Summer Season Working Bee brought Power House Rowing Club members, families and supporters together for a big morning of cleaning, fixing and tidying. From boats to gardens to the tank, the team effort was huge — a reminder of how much we achieve when our community pitches in.

A Mussels Night with Muscle

Power House Rowing Club members enjoyed a mussels night of a different kind—swapping rowing muscles for creamy and spicy mussels, chips and fresh salad. A simple, tasty evening that brought everyone together in true club spirit.

She Moves Stonnington - Come and Try Rowing

Power House Rowing Club proudly supported Stonnington’s She Moves program, welcoming 38 women and girls to try rowing for the first time. With coaching on the erg, in the tank and on the water, participants built confidence, with many electing to continue their rowing journey by join our Learn to Row program.

Power House Rowing Club opened the 2026 season with a standout Rowing Camp led by Head Coach Patrick Rocek, whose world‑champion experience shaped a weekend of technique, training and mixed‑crew development. Olympian Hannah Every‑Hall added invaluable coaching, helping members lift skills and teamwork. With strong attendance, smooth organisation and great energy, Power House now heads into the season with confidence and momentum.

The Yarra came alive for Australian Henley Regatta as Power House Rowing Club crews delivered grit, precision and two brilliant wins. Against a backdrop of tradition, colour and roaring crowds, our Female Masters Quad and Male Masters Four powered to victory after months of hard training. A proud day for the club and a celebration of a Melbourne rowing ritual.
