Power House Rowing Club has refreshed its Strategic Plan for 2026–2030, following a member survey and a series of Committee planning workshops.

The updated plan keeps the club’s core purpose, vision and values in place, while setting clearer priorities for the next stage of PHRC’s growth.

Key focus areas include structured rowing programs, stronger communication, member safety and education, improved governance, investment in technology and capital works, and better onboarding for new members and Committee members.

Member feedback highlighted the importance of attracting and retaining younger members, supporting the club’s diverse membership, and continuing to build a welcoming and active club culture.

The Strategic Plan will guide future decisions and will form the basis of the club’s Operating Plan, to be developed in the September quarter. Subcommittees will play an important role in helping deliver the plan, with opportunities for members to contribute.
