Power House Rowing Club has refreshed its Strategic Plan for 2026–2030 following a Member survey and a series of Committee planning workshops.

The updated Plan keeps the Club’s core purpose, vision and values, in place while setting clearer priorities for the next stage of PHRC’s growth.

Key focus areas include structured rowing programs, stronger communication, member safety and education, improved governance, investment in technology and capital works and better on-boarding for new Members and Committee Members.

Member feedback highlighted the importance of attracting and retaining younger members, supporting the Club’s diverse membership and continuing to build a welcoming and active Club culture.

The Strategic Plan will guide future decisions and will form the basis of the Club’s Operating Plan to be developed in the September 2026 quarter. Sub-committees will play an important role in helping deliver the Plan with opportunities for Members to contribute.
