Power House members came together on Sunday 23 August to kick off the 2026–27 season with a morning of training, breakfast and planning for the year ahead.
The morning started with a team relay session in the hall, with plenty of members getting involved across the ergs and bikes. The focus was on working together, having a bit of fun and starting the season with some shared energy.
Once the training was done, attention turned to breakfast, with the barbecue fired up outside and a well-earned spread for everyone who had worked up an appetite.
The morning also gave members a chance to talk through the season ahead, including training priorities, target regattas and what we want to achieve as a club in 2026–27.
And because no Power House gathering is complete without a little socialising, there was time to relax together afterwards and mark the start of the new season.
Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make the morning happen.
It was a good way to bring the club together, get some key dates on the radar and start building momentum for the season ahead.
